^Maximum of one monthly fee is deductible per commission and applies to the associated month of introduction only.  The deduction applies to commissions paid within 30 days of invoice.


PRICING - RETAINER DEDUCTIBLE FROM COMMISSION


£3995/month + agreed commission (50% on exchange, 50% on completion)

VAT is payable.

Monthly fee is negotiable if not deductible from commission.
